(सर्वे छात्राः स्वभोजनं दर्शयन्ति, परं कस्यापि समीपे रोटिका शाकम् वा न आसीत्।) अध्यापिका – प्रियाः छात्राः! चिन्तयन्तु कथयन्तु च वयं भोजनं किमर्थम् कुर्म:? भोजनेन किं भवति? सुजाते! त्वं वद। सुजाता – भोजनेन शक्तिः प्राप्यते। भोजनेन एव शरीरं सम्यक् कार्यं करोति। हिंदी अनुवाद-(सातवीं कक्षा के सभी छात्र अध्यापिका के साथ घूमने-फिरने के लिए ‘एक बाग में’ जाते हैं। भोजन के समय बच्चे इकट्ठे होते हैं। वे भोजन के विषय में आपस में बातचीत करते हैं।) शिक्षिका – अरे बच्चो! तुम सबने अच्छी तरह से खेला अथवा नहीं? बच्चे – (बहुत उत्साह से) मैडम (शिक्षिका जी)! खेले! अच्छी तरह से खेले। शिक्षिका – तो आओ! अब मिलकर हम सभी भोजन करेंगे। दिखाओ आपके भोजन में क्या-क्या है? (सब छात्र अपना भोजन दिखाते हैं, परंतु किसी के भी पास रोटी अथवा सब्ज़ी नहीं थी।) शिक्षिका – प्यारे छात्रो! सोचो और कहो, हम सभी खाना क्यों खाते हैं? भोजन से क्या होता है? सुजाता! तुम बोलो। सुजाता – भोजन से ताकत मिलती है। भोजन से ही शरीर अच्छी प्रकार काम करता है। शब्दार्थः – मनोरंजनाय-घूमने-फिरने के लिए। एकत्रिताः-इकट्ठे। वार्तालापम्-बातचीत को। क्रीडनम्-खेल को। सम्यक्-अच्छी तरह से। कृतम्- किया। मिलित्वा- मिलकर। भवताम्-आपके। किमर्थम्-किसलिए/क्यों। शक्ति:-ताकत। 2. अध्यापिका – शोभनम् मानव! अधुना त्वं वद-भोजनेन शक्तिः कथं प्राप्यते? मानव: – शरीरस्य कोषिकासु या काचित् अपि दुर्बलता भवति, भोजनेन एव परिपूर्यते। अध्यापिका – शोभनम् उक्तम्। किं येन-केन अपि भोजनेन शरीरं शक्तिपूर्ण भवति? अनुज: – नहि आचार्यें पौष्टिक-भोजनेन। अध्यापिका – शोभनम्। कथयन्तु पौष्टिकं भोजनं कि भवति? मनस्विनी – अहं कथयामि। पौष्टिकम् अर्थात् संतुलितं भोजनम्। सुधीरः – यस्मिन् भोजने सर्वाणि तत्त्वानि स्युः। यथा-प्रोटीन, वसा, खनिजपदार्थाः, जलम्, रूक्षांशाः विटामिन च इति। हिंदी अनुवाद- शिक्षिका – अच्छा, मानव! अब तुम बताओ-भोजन से शक्ति कैसे प्राप्त होती है? मानव – शरीर की कोशिकाओं में जो कुछ भी निर्बलता होती है, (वह) भोजन से ही पूरी होती है। शिक्षिका – सुंदर कहा। क्या किसी भी भोजन से शरीर शक्तिशाली (ताकतवर) होता है? अनुज – नहीं महोदया जी! पौष्टिक भोजन से। शिक्षिका – सुंदर। कहो पौष्टिक (पुष्टिकारक) भोजन क्या होता है? मनस्विनी – मैं कहती हूँ। पौष्टिक अर्थात् संतुलित भोजन। सुधीर – जिस भोजन में सारे तत्व हों; जैसे-प्रोटीन, वसा (चर्बी), खनिज पदार्थ, पानी, रूखे (बिना स्वाद व चिकनाई वाले) अंश और विटामिन। शब्दार्थः-शोभनम्-सुंदर/उत्तम परिपूर्यते-पूर्ण होता है। उक्तम्-कहा है। शक्तिपूर्णम्-ताकतवर/शक्तिशाली। कथय-कहिए/कहो। आचार्य!-हे आचार्या (अध्यापिका) जी!। काचित्-कोई। 3. अध्यापिका – शोभनम्। एतैः तत्त्वैः कि भवति? प्रगतिः – ‘प्रोटीन’ इति तत्वेन नवकोषिकाणां रचना भवति। ‘कार्बोहाइड्रेट’ वसा च इति अस्मभ्यं नवशक्तिं यच्छतः। अध्यापिका – सुष्ठु कथितम्। आदित्य! कथयतु, खनिजपदार्थाः किं कुर्वन्ति? आदित्यः – खनिजपदाथाँ: अस्माकं शरीरं पोषणं लभते। एतेषाम् अभावे शरीरे अनेके रोगा: भवन्ति। लता – खनिजपदार्थेषु लौहतत्त्वम्, ‘कैलेशियम्’, ‘पोटेशियम्’, ‘आयोडीन’ इति तत्त्वानि भवन्ति। एतानि विना शरीर शक्तिहीन भवति। एतानि तत्त्वानि शाकेभ्यः फलेभ्यः दुग्धात् लवणात् चापि प्राप्यन्ते। हिंदी अनुवाद – अध्यापिका – उत्तम। इन तत्त्वों से क्या होता है? प्रगति – ‘प्रोटीन’ इस तत्त्व से नई कोशिकाओं का जन्म होता है। कार्बोहाइड्रेट और वसा (ये) हमें नई शक्ति देते हैं। अध्यापिका – ठीक कहा। हे आदित्य! कहो, खनिज पदार्थ क्या करते हैं? आदित्य – खनिज पदार्थों से हमारा शरीर पुष्टि प्राप्त करता (पाता) है। इनके अभाव में शरीर में अनेक रोग हो जाते हैं। लता – खनिज पदार्थों में लोहा (लौह तत्व), कैल्सियम, पोटेशियम, आयोडीन ये तत्त्व होते हैं। इनके बिना शरीर शक्तिहीन (कमजोर) हो जाता है। ये तत्व्व सब्जियों से, फलों से, दूध से और नमक से भी प्राप्त होते हैं। शब्दार्थः-नवकोषिकाणाम्-नई कोशिकाओं का। अस्मभ्यम्-हमें। सुष्ठु-अच्छा/उत्तम। पोषणम्-पुष्टि को। लभते-प्राप्त होता है। अभावे-कमी (में) से। शाकेभ्यः-सब्जियों से। प्राप्यन्ते-प्राप्त किए जाते हैं। शक्तिहीनम्-कमजोर। 4. श्यामा – आचार्ये! रूक्षांशाः के भवन्ति? का च एतेषाम् उपयोगिता? अध्यापिका – रूक्षांशाः भोजनस्य पाचनक्रियायां सहायका: भवन्ति। एतदर्थम् अपक्वशाकं, फलानि, कर्कटिका, चर्मटिः आदयः प्रतिदिन खादितव्याः। विवेक! कथय किं ज्ञातम्? विवेक: – आचायें! अस्माभिः भोजने प्रतिदिनं उचितरूपेण दुग्धं, तण्डुला:, सूपः, घृतम्, नवीनतम्, रोटिका, फलानि, शाकानि च खादितव्यानि तदैव वयं स्वस्था: भविष्यामः। अध्यापिका – शोभनम्। सम्यक् ज्ञातम्। आगच्छत, भोजन कृत्वा गृहं चलामः। (सर्वें भोजनं कृत्वा प्रसन्नतया बसयानं प्रति गच्छन्ति।) हिंदी अनुवाद- श्यामा – हे शिक्षिका जी! रूक्षांश क्या होते हैं और इनकी उपयोगिता क्या है? शिक्षिका – रूक्षांश भोजन की पाचन क्रिया (पचने के काम) में सहायता करते हैं। इसीलिए कच्वी सब्ज़ी, फलों, ककड़ी. खीरा आदि को हर रोज़ खाना चाहिए। हे विवेक! कहो क्या ज्ञान हुआ? विवेक – हे शिक्षिका जी! हमें भोजन में (खाने में) हर रोज उचित रूप से दूध, चावल, दाल, घी, मक्खन, रोटी, फलों और सब्ज़ियों को खाना चाहिए तभी हम स्वस्थ होंगे। शिक्षिका – सुंदर। अच्छा जाना। आओ, भोजन करके घर को चलते हैं। (सभी भोजन करके प्रसन्नता से बस की ओर जाते हैं।) शब्दार्थः-आचायें!-हे शिक्षिका जी! रूक्षांशाः-रूखे अंश (रेशेवाले पदार्थ)। पाचनक्रियायाम्-पचाने के काम में। एतवर्थम्-इसके लिए। ज्ञातम्-जान लिया। नवनीतम्-मक्खन। प्रसन्नतया-खुशी से। सम्यक्-अच्छी तरह। DAV Class 7 Sanskrit Ch 4 Solutions – आगच्छ! भोजनं कुर्याम1. निम्न नाट्यांश पठित्वा अधोलिखित-प्रश्नानाम् उत्तराणि लिखत- (क) (सप्तमक क्षाया: सर्व छात्राः अध्यापिकया सह मनोरंजनाय ‘एकम् उद्यानम्’ गच्छन्ति। भोजन-काले छात्राः एकत्रिताः भवन्ति ते भोजनविषये परस्परं वार्तालापं कुर्वन्ति।) अध्यापिका – भो छात्रा:! युष्माभिः क्रीडनं सम्यक् कृतम् न वा? छात्रा: – (अति उत्साहेन) कृतम् आचार्य! सम्यक् कृतम्। अध्यापिका – तर्हि आगच्छत। अधुना मिलित्वा वयं सर्वें भोजन करिष्यामः। दर्शयन्तु कि किम् अस्ति भवतां भोजने? (क) भविष्याव: (ख) भविष्यन्ति (ग) भविष्यथ (घ) भविष्याम: उत्तरम् : (घ) भविष्याम: प्रश्न ii. ‘सर्वें भोजन कृत्वा प्रसन्नतया ……. प्रति गच्छन्ति।’ उचित पदेन सम्पूरयत। (क) बसयानं (ख) यानं (ग) वायुयान (घ) कारयानं उत्तरम् : (क) बसयानं 2. निम्न पंक्तिनाम् उचितभावं चित्त्वा लिखत- I. ‘भोजनेन शक्ति: प्राप्यते।’ अर्थात्- i. भोजनं शक्त्या प्राप्नोति। ii. भोजन कृत्वा तस्य रसेन शक्तिः जायते। iii. भोजनस्य स्वादेन शक्तिः वर्धते। उत्तरम् : ii. भोजनं कृत्वा तस्य रसेन शक्तिः जायते। II. ‘पौष्टिकेन भोजनेन शरीरं शक्तिपूर्णं भवति।’ अर्थात्- i. संतुलिते भोजने सर्वाणि तत्त्वानि भवन्ति। तैः शरीरे शक्तिः वर्धते। ii. संतुलिते भोजने शरीरस्य शक्तिः न वर्धते। अतः तद् न खादेत्। iii. संतुलिते भोजने स्वाद: न भवति। अतः तत् त्यक्तव्यम्। उत्तरम् : i. संतुलिते भोजने सर्वाणि तत्त्वानि भवन्ति। तै: शरीरे शक्तिः वर्धते। III. ‘खनिज पदार्थः अस्माकं शरीरं पोषणं लभते।’ अस्य भावोऽस्ति यत्- i. खनिज पदार्थाः आयोडीनादयः शरीरं सम्यक् न पोषयन्ति। ii. खनिज अर्थात् लौहतत्वम् कैलेशियम् आदय: पदार्था: शरीरस्य रक्षां कुर्वन्ति। iii. खनिज पदार्था: लौहतत्त्व कैलेशियम्-पोटेशियम्-आयोडीनादयः पदार्थाः शारीरस्य पोषणं कुर्वन्ति। उत्तरम् : iii. खनिज पदार्थाः लौहतत्त्व कैलेशियम्-पोटेशियम्-आयोडीनादयः पदार्थाः शारीरस्य पोषण कुर्वन्ति। IV. ‘रूक्षांशा: भोजनं पाचयन्ति।’ अर्थात्- i. पाचनक्रियायां सहायका: रूक्षांशा: अपक्वशाक फलादयः प्रतिदिन खादेयुः। ii. पाचनक्रियायां सहायका: रूक्षांशा: प्रतिदिन न खादेयुः। iii. रूक्षांशाः फलादयः पदार्थाः सुस्वादुः न भवन्ति अतः न खादेयुः। उत्तरम् : i. पाचनक्रियायां सहायका: रूक्षांशाः अपक्वशाक फलादयः प्रतिदिन खादेयुः। 3. निम्नवाक्येषु रेखांकितपदानां स्थानेषु विकल्पेभ्य: उचित पदं चित्वा प्रश्ननिर्माणं कुरुत- प्रश्न i. भोजनकाले छात्रा: एकत्रिता: भवन्ति। (क) के (ख) कदा (ग) कति (घ) कस्मिन् उत्तरम् : (ख) कदा प्रश्न ii. वयं सर्व अधुना भोजन करिष्यामः। (क) कम् (ख) काम् (ग) किम् (घ) कति उत्तरम् : (ग) किम् प्रश्न iii. भोजनेन शक्तिः प्राप्यते। (क) केन (ख) कम् (ग) कया (घ) कस्मात् उत्तरम् : (क) केन प्रश्न iv. पौष्टिक-भोजनेन शरीर शक्तिपूर्ण भवति। (क) कम् (ख) किम् (ग) काम् (घ) कीदृशम् उत्तरम् : (घ) कीदृशम् प्रश्न v. ‘प्रोटीन’ तत्वेन नवकोषिकाणां रचना भवति। (क) कासाम् (ख) केषाम् (ग) कस्याम् (घ) कस्मिन् उत्तरम् : (क) कासाम् प्रश्न vi. खनिज पदार्थै: अस्माक शरीर पोषण लभते। (क) काभि: (ख) कस्मै (ग) कै: (घ) कस्मात् उत्तरम् : (ग) कै: प्रश्न vii. लौहतत्त्वं दुग्धातु अपि प्राप्यते। (क) कस्मात् (ख) कस्य (ग) कस्मै (घ) कस्यै उत्तरम् : (क) कस्मात् प्रश्न viii. रूक्षांशा: भोजनस्य पाचनक्रियायां सहायका: भवन्ति। (क) का: (ख) का (ग) के (घ) क: उत्तरम् : (ग) के प्रश्न ix. अस्माभिः प्रतिदिन अपक्वशाकं खादितव्यम्। (क) कम् (ख) काम् (ग) किम् (घ) कथम् उत्तरम् : (ग) किम् प्रश्न x. सर्व भोजनं कृत्वा बसयानं प्रति गच्छन्ति। (क) के (ख) का (ग) का: (घ) क: उत्तरम् : (क) के। 4. निम्न वाक्यानि पाठनुसारेण क्रमबद्धानि कृत्वा लिखत- (क) i. सुजाते! भोजनेन किं भवति? ii. भो छात्रा:! युष्माभिः सम्यक् क्रीडनम् कृतम् न वा? iii. सर्वें स्वभोजनं दर्शयन्ति। iv. सप्तमकक्षाया: छात्राः अध्यापिकया सह उद्यानम् गच्छन्ति। v. अधुना मिलित्वा वयं सर्वे भोजनं करिष्यामः। उत्तराणि : i. सप्तमकक्षाया: छात्राः अध्यापिकया सह उद्यानम् गच्छन्ति। ii. भो छात्रा!! युष्माभिः सम्यक् क्रीडनम् कृतम् न वा? iii. अधुना मिलित्वा वयं सर्व भोजन करिष्यामः। iv. सर्वें स्वभोजनं दर्शयन्ति। v. सुजाते! भोजनेन कि भवति?
